On July 3, 2011, S. Mokbel & Partners - UAE was awarded the construction and completion of a 23 storey Residential Tower including 3 basements over a plot area of 5,660 m² for a total built-up area of 60,000 m² including retail space, roof gardens, a Spa, a health club on roof-top and a landscaped surrounding area. The project is located within "DANET ABU DHABI" development at Sector E/40, Abu Dhabi (between Airport Road and Murror Road).
